Summary

Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in project management for complex IT initiatives.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
  • Experience in SAP enterprise business solutions and integration projects.
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM practices and methodologies.
  • Experience with project management controls including scope, schedule, and risk planning.
  • Experience with vendor management and cross-functional staff coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead project management duties through the entire lifecycle from initiation to closing.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and artifacts using established PMO standards.
  • Manage internal and external personnel involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
  • Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify recommendations for process improvement.
  • Build productive working relationships with technology staff, vendors, and project sponsors.
  • Enforce adherence to the established PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
