What You'll Do

• Configure, image, and deploy Dell laptops and desktops
• Support device provisioning and management through Microsoft Intune
• Join devices to Active Directory and apply Group Policy configurations
• Perform hardware setup, testing, and quality assurance checks
• Maintain asset inventory records and ensure accurate device tracking
• Assist with technology refresh initiatives and deployment projects
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to deployed devices
• Provide support to end users during deployment activities
• Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user accounts, and group management
• Exposure to imaging, deployment, or desktop support activities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Intune
• SCCM
• Asset management or inventory tracking
• Desktop support or technical support experience
• Device deployment or refresh projects
• Active Directory and Group Policy

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
