MINIMUM TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Five (5) years of FTE experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year
- Five (5) years of FTE experience in designing, developing, implementing .Net applications and maintaining the existing .Net applications. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Three (3) years of FTE experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
- Three (3) years of FTE experience Database tools like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Three (3) years of FTE experience with Node.js, React, Angular or similar frameworks.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Serverless technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, ArgoCD.
- Experience with distributed source code control systems like GitHub.
- Experience with Data Analytics Tools like Microsoft Power BI,
- Experience with security tools like Snyk.
- Experience with code quality analysis tools like CodeClimate.
- Experience with access and audit control tools like Teleport.
- Experience with enterprise resource management tools like Vault.
