The role will collaborate with business, sales, IT, SAP, CRM, ERP, and integration teams to ensure reliable quote-to-cash operations and continuous improvement. Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CPQ incidents, service requests, and recurring issues. Product catalogs and attributes Pricing, discounting, and approval rules Guided selling and configuration logic Quote workflows and approval processes Document templates and proposal outputs User roles, permissions, and access Analyze root causes and implement sustainable fixes for recurring production issues. Support integrations between SAP CPQ and CRM, SAP ECC, pricing, tax, order management, and downstream systems. Monitor interface failures, data synchronization, API calls, and transaction errors. |
