Drive Unit Test Technician

Required Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years of automotive or related technician experience.
-At least 2 years of automotive experience involving shop tools and precision measurement equipment.
-At least 2 years of experience with CANbus, Ethernet, and Modbus.
-Hands-on experience with shop tools including torque wrenches, drivers, power tools, bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
-Demonstrated knowledge of electrical hazards and safety precautions related to high-voltage equipment and rotating machinery.
-Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent organization, documentation, and reporting skills.
-Microsoft Office and general computer software proficiency.
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with dyno-specific testing interfaces.
-Experience with electric vehicle drive systems.
-Experience with electric vehicles and/or automotive products.
-Experience with Atlassian Jira.
-Experience with National Instruments hardware and related software.

1. Automotive/mechanical technician experience: Minimum 2 years, including hands-on testing and diagnostics.
