Your role As a Supplier Fulfillment Specialist / Senior Supplier Fulfillment Specialist, your mission is to support supplier on-time delivery (OTD) performance and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and customer commitments. You will report to the Sourcing Team Leader.
You will:
- Develop supplier relationships with production, operations, and quality teams.
- Monitor project schedules, supplier documentation, and material flow to meet company needs.
- Ensure realistic manufacturing timelines, track material orders, and prevent delays.
- Identify bottlenecks early, escalate issues promptly, and maintain performance tracking logs.
- Travel to supplier sites to support on-time fulfillment.
For a Senior Supplier Fulfillment Specialist (in addition to above):
- Lead supplier business reviews, performance improvement plans, and cross-site/global coordination.
- Anticipate supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies aligned with corporate sourcing goals.
- Prepare and present fulfillment performance summaries to senior leadership.
- Standardize supplier engagement frameworks and mentor junior staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, digital tools) and sponsor systemic enhancements to improve cost, on-time delivery, and supplier resilience.

You hold a Bachelor's degree and/or possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating:
- The ability to build relationships swiftly.
- Strong skills in influencing others without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-discipline and capability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
For a Senior Supplier Fulfillment Specialist (in addition to above):
- Proven track record in supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and leading cross-functional/global initiatives.
