Summary

Your role

As a Supplier Fulfillment Specialist / Senior Supplier Fulfillment Specialist, your mission is to support supplier on-time delivery (OTD) performance and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and customer commitments. You will report to the Sourcing Team Leader.

You will:
  • Develop supplier relationships with production, operations, and quality teams.
  • Monitor project schedules, supplier documentation, and material flow to meet company needs.
  • Ensure realistic manufacturing timelines, track material orders, and prevent delays.
  • Identify bottlenecks early, escalate issues promptly, and maintain performance tracking logs.
  • Travel to supplier sites to support on-time fulfillment.

For a Senior Supplier Fulfillment Specialist (in addition to above):
  • Lead supplier business reviews, performance improvement plans, and cross-site/global coordination.
  • Anticipate supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies aligned with corporate sourcing goals.
  • Prepare and present fulfillment performance summaries to senior leadership.
  • Standardize supplier engagement frameworks and mentor junior staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, digital tools) and sponsor systemic enhancements to improve cost, on-time delivery, and supplier resilience.

You hold a Bachelor's degree and/or possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating:
  • The ability to build relationships swiftly.
  • Strong skills in influencing others without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-discipline and capability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

For a Senior Supplier Fulfillment Specialist (in addition to above):
  • Proven track record in supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports and leading cross-functional/global initiatives.
