HCI Cloud Test Engineer, TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD

We are looking for an HCI Cloud Test Engineer to lead testing efforts. The HCI Cloud Test Engineer will perform configuration and testing on applications moving into or already in the AWS cloud. Testing activities consist of both manual and possible automated testing of the functionality provided from solution providers looking for integration into the AWS production environment. The HCI Cloud Test Engineer will test deployment of code and infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker in a cloud AWS environment. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph security clearance. This is a 100% Onsite position and not open for Hybrid and/or Remote.

HCI Cloud Test Engineer Qualifications:

- Must have an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.

- 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor s degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 4 years of additional Test Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor s degree.

- Ability to develop and maintain test plans and test cases, and test steps.

- Ability to develop and maintain automated test cases.

- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve automation issues.

- Ability to perform manual testing.

- Ability to analyze and interpret test results.

- Ability to create Bug tickets for testing issues.

- Ability to participate in cross-disciplinary teams.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills for coordination with teammates in building automation

Frameworks.

HCI Cloud Test Engineer Additional Desired Qualifications:

- Knowledge of test automation tools or willingness to learn.

- Experience in integrating software applications with test automation tools.

- Experience writing tests in programming languages or willingness to learn.

- Understanding of web technologies or willingness to learn.

- Experience working with databases.

- Experience designing and implementing automated systems to perform software testing.

- Experience identifying and replicating errors in automation scripts.

- Experience planning, executing, and analyzing test data to verify the performance and efficiency of system.
