Job Description:

Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry as an end-to-end data platform.

Understanding of Foundry concepts such as datasets, projects, pipelines, lineage, and sandboxing.

Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines using Foundry Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, and Transforms.

Build and maintain curated datasets, ensuring proper data lineage and data quality controls across ingestion, transformation, and serving layers.

Develop data transformations using Python, PySpark, and SQL, optimizing performance for large-scale datasets.

Implement Foundry Ontology including objects, properties, actions, and relationships representing real-world business entities.

Model complex relationships such as Client Broker Underwriter RFP and Asset Process Risk.

Enable semantic querying and relationship traversal without complex joins.

Develop business-facing applications and dashboards using Foundry Workshop and Contour.

Create interactive dashboards, filters, KPI tiles, and operational workflows for business users.

Enable non-technical users to explore data and make data-driven decisions independently.

Perform data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation from multiple enterprise sources including databases, APIs, and files.

Handle schema evolution, data refresh strategies, and dependency management within Foundry.

Ensure data quality, versioning, reproducibility, and governance across all data pipelines.

Implement role-based access control, data markings, and auditability within Foundry.

Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards and regulatory requirements in domains such as finance, healthcare, and insurance.

Translate raw data into decision-support capabilities including simulations, what-if analysis, and scenario modeling workflows.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and map them into data models and applications.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for solution delivery.

Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews.

Integrate Foundry with enterprise systems via APIs and connectors supporting data interoperability.

Establish CI/CD practices for Foundry code repositories and enforce coding standards through peer reviews.

Maintain and support production workloads, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance optimization of large-scale data pipelines.

Provide technical guidance and support for mission-critical production environments.

Essential Skills:

Strong experience with Palantir Foundry including Transforms, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with Foundry Ontology concepts including objects, relationships, and actions.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark.

Advanced SQL expertise including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.

Experience in data governance, access controls, and data quality frameworks.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Experience with batch and near real-time data processing architectures.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
