Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview

This position is for a Software Engineer responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements for client financial services. The role involves using Microsoft .NET technologies within the Wealth Management Technology group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver complex software requirements using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Work with UI technologies such as React JS, Angular, ASP .NET MVC, and jQuery.
• Utilize NodeJS for application development.
• Manage source code and version control using systems like Bitbucket and Git.
• Contribute to a team operating in an agile and fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience working with UI technologies, including React JS, Angular, ASP .NET MVC, jQuery, and other client-side technologies, is necessary.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience with NodeJS.
• Familiarity with source code and version control systems such as Bitbucket and Git.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET and ReactJS.

Preferred Qualifications

• An understanding of web services, REST APIs, and microservice-based architecture.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work as a member of a matrix-based, diverse, and geographically distributed project team.
