We re hiring for a Packaging Supervisor in a regulated medical manufacturing environment this is a high-impact role where you won t just manage a team, you ll help keep critical production moving. This organization manufactures medical devices and pharmaceuticals, meaning quality, precision, and consistency matter every single day. The Bellevue team is experienced, collaborative, and looking for a leader who can step in, take ownership, and elevate operations.
In this position, you will:
- Lead a team of 4 6 packaging employees and set the tone for daily operations
- Assign and coordinate tasks to keep production running smoothly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot filling and labeling equipment to minimize downtime
- Communicate and enforce detailed procedures in a regulated environment
- Train new employees and help build a strong, reliable team

Schedule:
- Monday Thursday: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM 12:00 PM
Pay: $26 $28/hour (DOE)
What You Bring:
- Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude you re naturally curious and like to troubleshoot
- Comfortable working in a regulated, gowning environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
