Position: Anaplan Business Systems Analyst

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Business Systems Analyst to join the Global Planning team in a strategic and hands-on capacity. This role will support Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP functions by delivering both functional and technical system solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary Anaplan subject matter expert, partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, build, enhance, and support scalable planning solutions that align with company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the System Administrator and primary point of contact for the global Anaplan Planning community

• Design, build, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models supporting Supply Chain Planning

• Document business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions

• Lead testing and validation efforts, including test script creation and repeatable testing processes

• Provide first-level system support and coordinate with third-party partners and Anaplan support as needed

• Develop and maintain global reporting solutions in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and work instructions

• Deliver end-user training for global functional teams

• Manage issue prioritization and collaborate with IT and Supply Chain teams for timely resolution

• Represent Global Planning in enterprise projects and annual AOP processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of business experience, preferably in Supply Chain

• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience (MANDATORY)

• Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to manage and analyze large datasets

• Proven experience in data validation, testing best practices, and repeatable process development

• Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management tools (implementation experience required)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and training delivery

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field required)
