Job Description- Provide Level 1-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Address technical inquiries and document resolutions accurately.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Support new employee onboarding with hardware and software setup.
- Ensure compliance with company technology policies and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

The Successful ApplicantA successful IT Support Technician should have:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, Office 365, and VPN systems.
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with network connectivity and printer troubleshooting.
- Ability to document technical issues and resolutions effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
