TITLE: Technical Quality Assurance, Sr. Professional

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Conduct software test planning, software testing, and test cycle management for debit and credit payment processing systems. Responsible for quality standards and procedures and quality assessment of Software Development Life Cycle artifacts. Conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure software meets or exceeds specific standards and end user requirements. Draft, revise, and approve test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy. Create test files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow. Collaborate with users to create user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing. Ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved. Design, automate, develop, implement, and measure quality techniques and standards related to the quality of and adherence to conformity of products and services.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving software testing experience of debit, EBT and credit payment processing systems. Prior experience must include 2 years in the following: Developing Windows applications; Working with SQL Server Management Studio 2017 or newer; Payment API testing using Postman; API automation using JMeter; Working with Git Bucket, SharePoint, and Jira; Conducting network certification testing to meet ISO compliance requirements; Working with ISO 8583 and UMF specifications; and Writing SQL queries for test validation.
