AI Architect

Position: Sr AI Architect (Enterprise AI & Oracle ERP)

Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid or Remote within US)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: 

AI + Oracle ERP Integration (Mandatory Experience)

·       Architect AI solutions integrated with:

·       Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion

·       Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM modules

·       Oracle Database & middleware environments

·       Integrate AI with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise APIs

·       Build predictive analytics, GenAI copilots, and intelligent automation inside ERP workflows

Generative AI & Advanced AI Systems

·       Architect RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and enterprise copilots

·       Design AI-driven financial forecasting, demand planning, procurement optimization

·       Implement AI governance frameworks (security, compliance, auditability)

Technical Leadership

·       Lead AI and ERP engineering teams

·       Establish MLOps, CI/CD, model lifecycle governance

·       Provide executive-level technical guidance to CIO/CTO stakeholders

Oracle Ecosystem (Good Have)

·       Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion Applications

·       Oracle Financials / SCM / HCM

·       Oracle Database (PL/SQL knowledge preferred)

·       Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience working within Oracle-based enterprise environments.
