Job Title: Anaplan Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Consultant to support business planning and performance management projects. The ideal candidate should have strong Anaplan model-building experience, good client communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business planning and performance management needs

• Build Proof of Concept (POC) models to demonstrate Anaplan capabilities.

• Design and develop Anaplan models (modules, lists, calculations)

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Create project plans, timelines, and support sprint-based delivery.

• Work on multiple projects and manage priorities effectively.

• Lead and mentor a team (5–15 members)

• Work closely with clients and ensure successful delivery.

• Integrate Anaplan with systems like ERP, CRM, etc.

• Convert Excel-based models into scalable Anaplan solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan model building

• Good understanding of multi-dimensional modeling

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)

• Experience with data integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

• Experience working in Agile environments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field)

• 3+ years of Anaplan implementation experience

• Experience working on at least 3 Anaplan projects (as Model Builder or Solution Architect)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion

• Background in FP&A, EPM, Sales Planning, or Supply Chain Planning

• Experience working with large enterprise clients

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles

• Experience working with global teams
