Summary
Job : Quality Assurance (QA) Tester Mainframe
Location: Columbia, SC, USA
QA and Business Interface Testing (UA) for Medicaid systems
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Testing federally and state mandated Medicaid system changes
Work with healthcare providers and trading partners
Interface with internal subsystems and external agencies
Projects include: DASH, Translator Upgrade, UC4, etc.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute test scenarios
Perform QA testing on coding changes
Analyze test results and identify defects
Compare actual vs expected results
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with project teams, Clemson staff, and contractors
Assist in business, process, and technical documentation
Communicate effectively (written & verbal)
Required Skills:
4+ years Mainframe experience
4+ years COBOL
4+ years JCL
4+ years creating & executing test scenarios
4+ years healthcare claims processing experience
Preferred Skills:
Medicaid experience
Serena Changeman
