Director, Product Growth
We're hiring a Director, Product Growth for a high-growth, product-led technology company in the digital platform space. This is an opportunity to step into a highly impactful role, owning core growth initiatives and shaping how users discover, engage with, and adopt a rapidly scaling product.
The company is in a strong expansion phase and looking for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys taking ownership, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work closely with leadership and a small, high-performing team to drive measurable user growth through product innovation and experimentation.
This is not a traditional growth role - they're looking for a builder who can operate autonomously, influence product direction, and deliver scalable acquisition strategies embedded directly into the product experience. What You'll Be Doing Core Focus
- Own and scale product-led growth initiatives across key user journeys
- Referral Experience is a must
- Design and optimize acquisition and engagement mechanisms within the product
- Lead experimentation strategy to identify and unlock new growth opportunities
- Partner closely with leadership, product, engineering, and design teams
- Contribute to long-term growth strategy and team development
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Take ownership of existing growth programs and continuously improve performance
- Design and iterate on user flows that drive acquisition, activation, and retention
- Identify opportunities to introduce sharing and engagement features in a natural way
- Run structured experiments - define hypotheses, ship quickly, and analyze results
- Own analytics and tracking across growth funnels and key performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver high-impact features
- Bring creative thinking to uncover non-obvious growth levers
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product growth or consumer product roles within high-growth environments
- Strong experience driving user acquisition and engagement through product initiatives
- Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, metrics, and performance tracking
- Ability to move quickly from idea to execution with strong ownership
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Strong product intuition and understanding of user behavior
- Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Background in startup or scaling companies
Nice to Have
- Experience with user-driven growth or embedded product growth features
- Technical or design background (engineering, data, or UX/UI)
- Familiarity with modern tooling, including AI-assisted workflows
- Experience building scalable growth systems and processes
- Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
