We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting & Talent Management Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday, with additional experience in Workday HCM preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting & Talent Management Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday, with additional experience in Workday HCM preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support Workday Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions.
- Support talent acquisition and talent management processes, including configuration and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related functional issues.
- Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and technical teams to improve Workday processes.
- Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide functional guidance and support to business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration and functional processes.
