Specific Roles and Duties for this position
System Configuration & Optimization
Design, configure, and maintain models, sheets, dashboards, and workflows in Workday Adaptive Planning.
Administer user access, security roles, and data integrations.
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through validation and reconciliation.
Financial & Workforce Planning
Lead Workday budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives.
Build and maintain financial models, including P&L, headcount, compensation, OPEX, and CapEx planning.
Support scenario planning and rolling forecasts.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in model building, allocation logic, sheet design, and dashboard creation.
Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Workday Integration Framework, EIBs, APIs).
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or scripting languages is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Workday Adaptive Planning certification (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Workday Finance
Experience in strategic financial planning.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong consulting and presentation skills.
Familiarity with project management tools.
