Solution Architect

Indotronix is seeking a Solution Architect in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hubs for our Direct client

Position: Solution Architect

Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ, *Houston *, Chicago *, Atlanta *, Columbus, Whitehall *, and Cleveland Downtown

Duration: Contract to hire

This will be a flexible position targeted at 80 hours a month

Days of the week: Flexible Working Hours (Flexible): flexible Acceptable time zone(s): time zone of location

Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting:

○ Payroll configuration/ Payroll taxes

○ Time Tracking configuration

○ Benefits and Absence (less of a focus)  

Roles and Responsibilities: Hands-on configuration

○ Analyzes, designs, and implements Workday configuration changes for Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, and Absence

○ Subject-matter expert for applicable processes in Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, and Absence

○ Consults on the evaluation, design, and analysis of Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, and Absence.

○ Gather business requirements from the business partners, configuration, and specs

○ Build pays and earnings codes

Technical Skills:

• Workday Payroll configuration/ Payroll taxes

• WorkDay Time Tracking configuration

• ServiceNow for ticketing and requirements

Flex Skills:

• HCM core data that gets loaded for all employees

• Absence module

Soft Skills:

• Communication

• Problem solving

• Creative thinking

Role Differentiator:

At the cusp of our HR modernization, which will be a multi-year project. Client is ensuring they are adopting best practices in this space. Chance to help modernize processes and work. Help identify and address inefficiencies from legacy processes.

Interview Process:

• At least 2 rounds, the hiring manager and 2nd is usually a technical screen
