Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Architect / Administrator to lead endpoint management architecture, modern workplace transformation, and cloud-first endpoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, co-management, endpoint security, and Microsoft Entra ID, along with experience in architecture governance, stakeholder management, and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design endpoint management roadmaps, target-state architecture, governance standards, and cloud-first solutions.
• Lead SCCM/MECM-to-Intune migration and hybrid Active Directory-to-Microsoft Entra ID transformation initiatives.
• Implement Windows Autopilot, co-management, and cloud-native endpoint management solutions.
• Configure endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, Conditional Access, BitLocker encryption, and endpoint hardening.
• Conduct technical assessments, discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and migration planning.
• Provide technical guidance, architectural recommendations, and stakeholder support.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, implementation readiness, and architecture documentation.
• Mentor endpoint engineers and administrators while driving operational excellence.
• Maintain operational runbooks, audit readiness, KPI reporting, and continuous service improvement plans.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune architecture, administration, and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and co-management.
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance policies, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity transformation.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Win32 application packaging.
• Experience with Windows Update for Business and cloud-native endpoint solutions.
• Proven experience in modern workplace transformation and endpoint migration.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management, architecture governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong documentation, risk management, and operational readiness skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft MD-102 – Endpoint Administrator
• Microsoft SC-100 – Cybersecurity Architect
• Microsoft AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect
• Microsoft 365 Architecture or Security Architecture certifications
