Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team in a contingent capacity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal direction and effectively translate strategic goals into actionable deliverables. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product development cycles while maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance and testing excellence.
Responsibilities: - Support the product vision and roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness.
- Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track.
- Lead team meetings to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Promote best practices in functional, accessibility, and regression testing.
Qualifications: - Five or more years of experience in product development or related roles.
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and driving quality assurance practices across cross-functional teams.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Pay Range: $60 - $65
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
