Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale customer data and journey orchestration solutions, enabling real-time, data-driven customer experiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

AEP & Data Architecture

• Design and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions.

• Build and manage XDM schemas, datasets, and identity stitching.

• Define and govern data models and business schemas.

• Ensure schema governance, data quality, and scalability.

Segmentation & Journey Orchestration

• Create and manage segments, journeys, triggers, and journey logic.

• Implement real-time customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Enable event-driven personalization and activation.

Analytics & Insights

• Design and deliver insights using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA Workspace).

• Support reporting, dashboards, and customer behavior analysis.

Integration & Activation

• Integrate AEP with cloud platforms, data lakes, and downstream activation tools.

• Support real-time CDP and event-driven architectures.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enable seamless data flows.

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

• Work closely with business, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.

• Provide cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

• Participate in Agile delivery, planning, and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Proven expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Deep understanding of:

  • XDM schemas

  • Data modeling & schema governance

  • Identity stitching

• Experience with segmentation, journeys, triggers, and journey logic.

• Hands-on experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA Workspace).

• Knowledge of real-time CDP concepts and event-driven architectures.

• Experience integrating AEP with cloud platforms, data lakes, and activation tools.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments and large enterprise programs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adobe activation channels (email, push, personalization).

• Exposure to marketing automation or personalization platforms.

• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
