Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

Job Details
Essential Functions
1. Ensure the continued advancement of the Engineering Management System and all supporting processes.
2. Major contributor with cross functional teams in problem solving tactics.
3. Integrate with design, manufacturing, and construction.
4. Understand and document our current state value stream.
5. Develop an analytical approach to define, present, and defend a future state.
6. Creation and tracking of KPI's.
7. Stakeholder of Operational Standards, Work Instructions, and New Line Layout and Setup.
8. Develop a prioritized plan marrying available resources with steps required to achieve future state.
9. Solve complex problems with basic tools and technology including production scheduling, line design and layout, standard work, work sequence, load leveling, flow, optimization, etc.
10. Teach lean and problem-solving concepts to managers and supervisors.
Required Education and Experience
Education BS or MS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience 5-10 years in manufacturing industry with roles in manufacturing engineering, process planning, new model launch, or similar function.

This a challenging position that reports to the Senior Manager of Process Improvement. The right candidate will have significant opportunity for growth within the company.
The ideal candidate would have experience and be comfortable working with the following software:
AutoCAD +TrueView and Design Review, BIM360, Bluebeam,PowerBI, Visio, AirTable, MS Office, SmartSheet, and MS Teams / Planner.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended or flexible hours possible to support production demands.
