Enterprise Systems Specialist (ERP/CRM)

Job Summary:
Seeking an Enterprise Systems Specialist with strong ERP/CRM administration and development experience. The ideal candidate will act as the SME for enterprise applications, drive system optimization, support business process improvements, and develop reporting and integrations.

Job Title: Enterprise Systems Specialist (ERP/CRM)

Location: Remote (Preferred: Texas-based candidates)

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo strongly preferred)
•  Strong Python development skills
•  integrations and customizations, not just scripting
• Solid Power BI experience with the ability to build and maintain reporting independently
• CRM platform experience 
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting systems

- Configure and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance

- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions - Develop interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows using Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric

- Assist with data integrity, migration, and integration between applications and business tools

- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and modules

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems

- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing reference
