Full Stack Developer (LLM/RAG/GENAI)

Overview:

• We are seeking a Lead .NET Solutions Architect with strong hands-on development experience across .NET/C#, full-stack application development, Angular/React, and AI/ML technologies.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing RAG, LLM, and Generative AI solutions while providing technical leadership across end-to-end software delivery.
• This is an 80% hands-on development role, so candidates must be comfortable working directly in the codebase in addition to driving architecture and technical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using .NET/C#, Angular and/or React.

• Design scalable backend architectures using .NET/C#, REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture.

• Provide technical leadership across end-to-end application delivery.

• Develop modern, high-performing frontend applications using Angular and/or React.

• Integrate AI tools, frameworks, APIs, LLMs, and Generative AI platforms into applications and development workflows.

• Implement AI/ML capabilities and RAG/LLM-based features within software solutions.

• Drive AI-assisted development practices including code generation, intelligent code review, automated documentation, and AI-based test generation.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine how they can be effectively incorporated into existing solutions.

• Remain approximately 80% hands-on development focused while providing architecture and technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET development.

• Proven Solution Architecture or Technical Architecture experience.

• Strong full-stack application development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React.

• Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture.

• Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.

• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, frameworks, or GenAI platforms into applications.

• Experience developing or integrating LLM-powered features and AI/ML capabilities.

• Experience with AI-assisted software development, including code generation, automated testing, intelligent code review, documentation, or LLM-based analysis.

• Experience evaluating and integrating AI tools and technologies into existing development workflows.

• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

• Comfortable working in a highly hands-on development role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading adoption of AI-first development practices across engineering teams.

• Experience working with multiple GenAI platforms, LLM frameworks, or AI development tools.

• Experience modernizing existing .NET applications with AI/ML capabilities.
