PAM Engineer, Full stack

Role:  PAM Engineer, Full stack

Location: El Segundo, CA

We are seeking hands on Full Stack Engineers to build our next generation solutions. The ideal candidate, a skilled programmer with excellent communication abilities, collaborates with colleagues to construct the foundational infrastructure from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in independently owning the full software development lifecycle, working with business analysts and project managers to understand the problem statement, and delivering quality solutions on time. They will have the aptitude to quickly learn and embrace new technologies and proven methodologies to build and deliver solutions on time.

Primary Responsibilities

•                Responsible for full lifecycle of development tasks - analyze, design, test and code business-related solutions, as well as core architectural changes, using an Agile programming approach resulting in software delivered to tight deadlines.

•                Participate and contribute to design discussions and code reviews.

•                Understand changing priorities and be forward-thinking in context switching.

•                Build positive relationships with other team members, collaborate, and communicate effectively to reach successful outcomes

•                Utilize problem-solving skills to help your peers in the research and selection of tools, products, and frameworks (which is vital to support business initiatives)

•                Mandatory domain knowledge (investment accounting, SST ePAM and / or Geneva)

Qualifications & Experience

•                Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or another STEM field.

•                3-7+ years of proven hands-on, full-stack development expertise with both a scripting (e.g., Python) and OOP (e.g., C#, Java) programming language

•                Strong SQL experience, including work with relational databases such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL.

•                Comfortable working in an agile environment using Git and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub, Docker, Jenkins), treating Infrastructure as Code and automated tests as necessary pipeline steps from commit to deploy.

•                Experience with various JavaScript frameworks, including but not limited to Vue.js, React, and Angular.

•                Proficiency in developing, deploying, and troubleshooting applications in both Linux and Windows environments. This includes familiarity with command-line interfaces, scripting, and system administration tasks on both platforms.

•                Strong software experience in developing and a proven track record of delivering full-stack cloud-based applications. Demonstrated ability to build and deploy microservices in a scalable high throughput workflow.

•                Deliver clean, maintainable code; bake in automated tests along with end to end automation via CI/CD, while continually improving in a fast paced, ambiguous environments.

•                Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset; able to build relationships across teams while independently driving projects forward.

•                Both Senior and Junior roles available

Bonus:

•                Experience with building and generating reports using SSRS and Power BI

•                Building front end applications using JavaScript UI frameworks, specifically Angular,

•                .NET experience is a plus
