The candidate will develop and support enterprise-scale applications and participate across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

💻 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications
• Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Develop responsive web applications using React JS and modern frontend technologies
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integration services
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business teams
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native application delivery
• Work with telecom engineering and operations teams to support critical applications
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, and software quality
🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & REST APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3
• Enterprise-scale full-stack application development/support experience
• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Application integration and messaging experience
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Git, CI/CD, Docker, and containerized deployments
• Strong Unix/Linux scripting and troubleshooting skills
📡 DOMAIN EXPERIENCE
• Telecom, Networking, OSS/BSS, or operational support exposure preferred
• Application support and production troubleshooting experience
⭐ QUALIFICATIONS
• Kafka or other event-streaming technologies
• Cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes
• Automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices
• AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
🎓 EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
