  • Promote effective use of AI-assisted and automated engineering practices to improve development velocity, code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with engineers to identify and reduce technical debt while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor team health, delivery metrics, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to align priorities, dependencies, and shared technology initiatives.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts to build a strong and diverse engineering organization.
  • Ensure solutions are designed and delivered with security, compliance, reliability, and customer experience in mind.
  • Champion engineering excellence through technical reviews, knowledge sharing, and consistent development practices.
  • Encourage ambitious thinking and continuous innovation while maintaining a pragmatic focus on customer value and delivery outcomes.
