Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) – Downtown Chicago, IL
Engagement: Long-term Contract

Our direct client is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to support data completeness, accuracy, and governance initiatives across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with application and SaaS teams to obtain and validate user data extracts.

  • Reconcile identity data between source systems and centralized IGA platforms.

  • Identify, analyze, and remediate data discrepancies and access issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis related to data quality, provisioning, and integrations.

  • Document validation processes, findings, and corrective actions.

  • Create metrics, dashboards, and reports on identity data accuracy and completeness.

  • Drive process improvements with an enterprise-wide perspective.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and access certifications.

  • Experience with centralized and decentralized identity governance models.

  • Comfortable running SQL queries and performing detailed data analysis.

  • Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy principles.

Preferred

  • Experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.

  • Experience building metrics and dashboards.

  • Relevant IAM or data governance certifications.
