We’re seeking a talented Hardware IT Assistant to own end-to-end inventory deployment, allocation, and network planning decisions. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 to 5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, transportation, or customer service
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
Experience working with SAP, OMP, or similar planning systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Additional Skills That’ll Set You Apart:

Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to perform scenario and root-cause analysis
Familiarity with logistics and inventory management across multiple regions and facilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
Several years of hands-on experience in inventory planning, network strategy, or related functions

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work in an office environment in Solon, OH
Ability to collaborate across planning, logistics, and operations teams
Experience with planning tools such as SAP, OMP, or similar platforms
