Senior Project Manager – Salesforce & Enterprise Initiatives

Location: Ramsey, NJ (Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays)

Duration: 6months+ Extensions

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and drive high-visibility enterprise initiatives across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, excels at executive communication, and can successfully manage complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, exposure to Salesforce initiatives, and the ability to lead teams across both technical and business workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-profile enterprise initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, status reporting, and executive presentations.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate executive, steering committee, stakeholder, and team-level status meetings.
• Partner closely with business leaders, development teams, product owners, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage projects utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including:
• Application Development
• Product Management
• Change Management
• Training
• Experience Design (UX)
• Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce-related initiatives across various business functions.
• Support both large strategic programs and smaller enhancement projects as business priorities evolve.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects involving both business and technical teams.
• Strong experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committee communications.
• Experience developing project plans, roadmaps, risk management strategies, and status reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams beyond software development (change management, training, business readiness, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
