Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong SAP expertise to lead a major SAP ECC migration and transformation initiative, ideally transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys partnering with cross‑functional teams, and can drive large‑scale SAP programs from planning through go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP migration or transformation projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery quality.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams across SAP, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Ensure alignment between technical teams, business requirements, and project objectives.

SAP Migration Execution

Oversee all phases of the migration lifecycle, including:
- Data migration
- System integrations
- Testing cycles (SIT, UAT)
- Cutover planning
- Go‑live readiness and hypercare
Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth execution across workstreams.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Provide clear, consistent project updates to senior leadership.
Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Build strong relationships with business partners and technical teams.

Experience

8+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally in enterprise environments.
Strong hands‑on experience managing SAP ECC projects.
Proven experience with SAP ECC migration or S/4HANA transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
