- Implement dual-model Splink entity resolution for both individual and organizational records.
- Build and maintain Master Provider Records in the Gold Layer.
- Configure, validate, and optimize Splink matching models.
- Ensure high accuracy through validation, testing, and reporting.
- Develop scalable data pipelines using Python, Databricks, Delta Lake, and SQL.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data quality and entity resolution processes.
