7+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and operating highly scalable distributed systems\nIndustry experience with programming languages such as Java, Swift, C/C++, or Go\nExperience in performance benchmarking, debugging, and tuning distributed systems\nExperience in cloud deployment and observability technologies, such as Kubernetes\nBachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience
Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with diverse groups of people\nExperienced in managing technical and organizational complexity, able to drive a project from a simple idea to production\nAdept at approaching problems from a position of curiosity, working with flexibility to find innovative solutions\nUnderstanding of cryptographic protocols, data encryption, secure key management, and security architecture
