Warehouse Manager

Title: Warehouse Director
Location: North Wales, PA(Onsite)
Type: Full-time

Job Description:

•                 Report to the CEO

•                 Manage 2 Supervisors and 30 employees

•                 Work with Senior Management 

•                 Time: 7:30am- 5 pm / M-F onsite at North Wales, PA

Required Experience:

• Work with commodities in recent jobs.
• Experience with a barcode system.
• Experience in distribution companies.
• 4+ years in a Leadership role 
• Manage supervisors
• Manage employees.
• Worked with Senior Management.
• Warehouse improvements
• Strong Computer skills
• Work with FedEx and UPS and shipping systems in following shipping guidelines.
• US college degree

Desired Experience Request:

• Experience or understanding of chargebacks with retailers.
• Experience with contract negotiations with UPS & Fed Ex.
• Experience with E-commerce orders
• Experience with big box retailers.

Duties:

• Communicate and execute policy and processes for warehouse employees
• Assist HR in hiring and termination of employees
• Calculate stats for employees in production
• Cross train team in various roles
• Reviews process for better improvements
• Produce charts and stats for feedback to CEO regarding employees
• Assist in finding a WMS for department
• Work on cutting back on expenses
• Review invoices and follow process for Fed Ex and UPS
• Follow and implement all WH and company policies.
• Improve processes to get jobs out in a 3-day window
• Communicate with GA and CA regarding internal transfers
