ERP Implementation Lead – Multi-Brand Enterprise Consolidation

We are seeking an experienced ERP leader who can drive a complex, multi-entity consolidation initiative end-to-end. This individual must be capable of unifying ERP platforms, standardizing processes, and aligning cross-brand operations while delivering on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ERP consolidation roadmap (scope, sequencing, resource planning)
• Assess current systems and design a unified future-state operating model
• Align ERP strategy with executive leadership and business objectives
• Own the full lifecycle implementation through stabilization
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
• Facilitate process workshops and define standardized workflows
• Lead change management and drive user adoption
• Oversee data migration, validation, and master data governance

 

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience (multi-entity preferred)
• Proven success leading large-scale ERP transformations or consolidations
• Strong functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, or operations
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizations
