Hiring: TEMENOS Data Cloud Engineer
Location: Birmingham, AL

We are actively seeking an experienced TEMENOS Data Cloud Engineer to join a high-impact banking transformation initiative focused on migrating data from legacy banking platforms to Temenos Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Architecture & Modelling
Design and implement data models aligned with Temenos T24 core banking data structures (jBASE, UniVerse, TAFJ).
Define scalable cloud-based data architectures supporting Temenos SaaS deployments on AWS or Azure.
Data Migration & Integration
Lead end-to-end data migration projects including planning, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to move data from legacy banking systems into Temenos Cloud platforms.
Develop robust data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
Temenos Integration Development
Design and implement OFS message flows and Temenos API Hub integrations for real-time data exchange.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless integration across banking ecosystems.
Reporting & Data Governance
Develop and enhance ENQUIRY and INFO Basic routines for operational, financial, and regulatory reporting.
Support regulatory reporting requirements including BCBS 239, FINREP, COREP, AML, and KYC data processes.
Establish and maintain data governance frameworks covering data lineage, data quality, metadata management, and master data management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) and Temenos Cloud platforms.
Expertise in data migration, ETL/ELT development, and cloud-based data engineering.
Experience working with T24 data structures, OFS messaging, API Hub, ENQUIRY, and INFO Basic development.
Strong understanding of banking data models, regulatory reporting, and data governance practices.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Proven ability to deliver large-scale banking transformation and cloud migration initiatives.

Ideal Background:

Banking and Financial Services domain expertise.
Experience migrating data from legacy banking systems to Temenos Cloud.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
