Business Analyst+ Scrum Master with Payment exp-Full time-Onsite

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on Scrum Master experience to drive Agile delivery and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in financial services or private equity, along with experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, Agile leadership, and systems integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Jira.

• Perform impact analysis across applications, integrations, and cross-system dependencies.

• Support CRM-related initiatives (preferably Salesforce) including integration and data mapping.

• Act as the first point of contact for enhancement requests and system changes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage system updates, integrations, and workflow improvements.

• Track project progress using Agile methodologies and ensure timely delivery.

• Drive continuous process improvement and define best practices for requirements management.

• Provide support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.

• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master driving Agile delivery.

• Strong domain experience in Financial Services or Private Equity.

• Experience in AP/AR processes and financial workflows.

• Strong experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile tracking and documentation.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project management practices.

• Experience with system integrations and data flow mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in onsite, client-facing environments.

• Strong stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills.

• Experience coordinating multi-lane or multi-team Agile programs.

• Certification such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP (preferred).
