Program Manager- Automotive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of cross-functional programs that align with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple related projects, ensuring coordination, minimizing risk, and driving results across stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.

• Serve as the primary program management lead for a portfolio of high‑priority, high‑visibility analytics initiatives supporting an OEM in their quality space
• Own end‑to‑end program governance across multiple analytics products and projects, including planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and delivery coordination.
• Lead executive‑level reporting and communications, consolidating inputs across technical and analytics teams into clear, concise, and compelling program updates for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver professional, leadership‑ready materials (status decks, dashboards, executive summaries) for daily, weekly, and ad‑hoc reviews with leadership, internal customers, and cross‑functional partners.
• Act as a trusted single point of coordination for program status, risks, issues, and milestones, ensuring transparency and proactive escalation where needed.
• Facilitate cross‑team alignment by gathering inputs from analytics, quality, and IT teams, synthesizing insights, and driving action through structured forums and report‑outs.
• Manage program cadence and logistics, including meeting scheduling, agenda creation, follow‑ups, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner closely with analytics and technical leads to translate complex analytical work into business‑relevant outcomes that resonate with senior executives.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills, representing the IT Analytics organization with credibility and confidence in front of senior leadership on a daily or weekly basis.

Qualifications 

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or related field experience.

·       7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst and Product Owner, preferably in the automotive sectors or manufacturing sectors.

·       Proficiency in project management tools. JIRA experience is a plus.

·       Minimum of 3-5 years managing complex IT programs, including multi-project coordination and resource allocation.

·       Proven ability to develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

·       Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive program success.

·       Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred; CISSP or CSM is a plus.
