Position Overview
Seeking an enterprise-grade SRE Production Support Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to anchor 24/7 service availability, operational stability, and reliability workflows for critical enterprise security infrastructure. This senior L2 operations-focused role owns major incident tracking, observability monitoring, and automated log analysis without involving code deployments or system development.
Key Responsibilities
* 24/7 SRE Support Leadership: Drive and govern high availability, operational reliability, and latency performance across critical enterprise security applications.
* Major Incident Management: Act as the Senior L2 Technical Contact to lead, coordinate, and accelerate service restorations during high-severity Major Incident (MI) triaging bridges.
* Security Infrastructure Support: Support, maintain, and monitor critical security platforms, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), federation protocols, and SIEM architectures.
* Observability & Outage Prevention: Analyze incoming alerts, configure enterprise monitoring dashboards, and perform preemptive system checks to isolate data anomalies and prevent active outages.
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep-dive infrastructure forensic investigations to publish comprehensive RCA summaries and engineer permanent technical reliability safeguards.
* AI-Driven Operations: Leverage advanced Claude (AI) knowledge models to optimize log file analysis, identify hidden error footprints, and generate immediate technical troubleshooting insights.
* Runbook & Knowledge Governance: Standardize and update operational playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and shared knowledge bases to minimize Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
Required Skillset
* Experience: 6–8 years of professional enterprise Systems Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Production Support experience.
* Security & Access Technologies: Strong operational familiarity troubleshooting enterprise IAM, SSO engines, modern multi-factor authentication tools, and SIEM logging environments.
* Observability & Analytics Stack: Proficient using metrics monitoring systems, managing distributed system tracking, and performing in-depth log mining.
* AI Operations (AIOps): Functional familiarity utilizing generative AI platforms like Claude to assist with deep troubleshooting diagnostics and log parsing utilities.
* Incident Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated mastery navigating major incident management, coordinating cross-functional teams under pressure, and delivering post-mortem RCAs.
