MUST HAVES (TOP 3):
1. Hands on Automation Experience (2+ years minimum)
2. Experience in Java, TestNG, Selenium (8+ yrs experience)
3. Must Have XPath axes and CSS selectors
4. Firm knowledge of automation standard and best practices (team does not do any manual testing)
NICE TO HAVES (OR WHAT GETS THE WIN):1. Financial/Banking/Brokerage experience2. Jenkins/Cucumber3. Experience testing APIs using postman or RestAssured
