Role Summary
Seeking a Technology Specialist – Python or Java Developer with AI, GenAI, and LLM experience (8-10 years total experience) for a 12-month position in Richardson, TX.

This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, production-grade application development, and practical experience delivering enterprise AI solutions. Key responsibilities include applying AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) techniques, building GenAI/LLM-powered applications, engineering prompts, and working with cloud-based API architectures. Note: Mandatory Face to Face Interview is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
* AI & LLM Application Engineering: Design, build, and deploy production-grade applications using Python or Java powered by GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
* AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC): Implement AIDLC techniques from initial design to production delivery for enterprise AI solutions.
* Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Execute prompt engineering strategies and utilize AI orchestration/agent frameworks for workflow-driven AI systems.
* System Design & API Integration: Architect and maintain scalable REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems utilizing strong data structures and algorithms.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operate effectively within ambiguous enterprise environments to deliver automated workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations.
Required Skills
* Core Experience: 8-10 years of software engineering experience focusing on production-grade application development, data structures, system design, and cloud architectures.
* Primary Programming Languages: Hands-on development experience using Python or Java.
* AI / GenAI / LLM Expertise: Practical experience applying AIDLC techniques and hands-on exposure to GenAI LLMs, prompt engineering, and LLM-driven applications.
* Interview Requirement: Absolute willingness and availability to attend a mandatory Face to Face interview in Richardson, TX.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with AI orchestration or multi-agent frameworks.
* Experience in the healthcare domain (HIPAA/CMS compliance, claims, or clinical workflows).
* Experience with workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and enterprise systems integration.
