Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Parts Quality Analyst!

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Parts Quality Analyst to support our Service Parts quality initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining Toyota's best-in-class genuine parts program by identifying quality issues, driving corrective actions, and ensuring alignment across suppliers, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders. You will act as a key resource in resolving quality concerns, analyzing trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Identify and lead corrective and preventive actions for assigned suppliers, freight carriers, or internal stakeholders through effective problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Process dealer claims in SAP and communicate defect-related information through established channels.
  • Maintain quality documentation, records, and files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality trends and implement countermeasures to address recurring issues and improve overall performance.
  • Organize and visualize data using Microsoft Power BI to support insights and decision-making.
  • Act with urgency when addressing organizational risks, adapting quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure regular, reliable attendance and operate in a safe, alert manner at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 + years of experience in a quality-related role.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share insights and collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in a warehousing, distribution, or service parts environment.
  • Prior exposure to quality auditing processes or supplier quality support.
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Power BI for data tracking and reporting.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Where and When You'll Work:
  • This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, IN office-ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
  • Typical Monday through Friday first shift hours.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $57,250 - $83,895 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
