Summary

ABOUT RETELL AI

Retell AI is using first principles to reimagine the call center with cutting-edge voice AI.

Thousands of companies now utilize Retell's AI voice agents to handle sales, support, and logistics calls that once required large teams of human agents. Backed by Y Combinator, Alt Capital, and other leading investors, we have scaled to $80M ARR with a team of 50 people, up from $5M at the start of 2025.

Our vision for 2026 is to build a modern CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by AI. Instead of basic automation that needs constant human tuning, we're creating intelligent AI "workers" that can act as frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers, continuously executing, monitoring, and improving customer interactions.

We're growing quickly and looking for ambitious builders who want to tackle hard technical problems, move fast, and have real impact at one of the fastest-growing AI startups.

Let's build the future together.
  • We're a top 50 AI app in the a16z list: ;/li>

  • Top Ranking Startup: ;/li>

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to help build and scale our internal IT operations.

You'll own day-to-day IT support while improving security, onboarding, hardware management, SaaS administration, and internal automation.

This is a highly hands-on role working directly with employees across Engineering, GTM, Product, and Operations. You'll be responsible for making sure every employee has the tools, access, and support they need to move quickly.

This is a W-2 contract position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at one of the fastest-growing AI companies.

  • Own employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Configure laptops and workstations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, SSO, and MDM platforms.
  • Support office networking, conference rooms, printers, and internal technology.
Security & Compliance
  • Maintain endpoint compliance.
  • Manage device inventory.
  • Support SOC2 compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct access reviews and security audits.
  • Help improve internal security practices.
Internal Operations
  • Manage hardware inventory.
  • Improve IT documentation.
  • Support office operations and employee productivity.
  • Partner with People Operations on onboarding and offboarding.
Automation
  • Build automations around onboarding, SaaS provisioning, hardware lifecycle management, and internal IT workflows.
  • Continuously improve internal tooling and eliminate manual processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must Have

  • 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Experience administering macOS devices.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and identity management.

YOU MIGHT THRIVE IF
  • You enjoy helping people solve technical problems.
  • You automate repetitive work whenever possible.
  • You like building systems instead of constantly fixing the same issues.
  • You move quickly and enjoy startup environments.
  • You enjoy improving processes and making teams more productive.
  • You take ownership and don't wait to be asked.
