Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions and diagnostic tools. This position involves collaboration with other teams to align automation with operational objectives, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to code quality and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions.
- Develop monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure reliability and early fault detection.
- Collaborate with other teams to align automation with operational objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, continually enhancing the stability and performance of test processes.
- Contribute to code quality and best practices, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. Candidates should also have 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Technical Skills: 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language. Strong programming skills with a preference for Python and Java.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $60.00 per hour.
