About the OpportunityAs a DevSecOps Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Developer Enablement in an in-office fashion, you will lead a team of software and platform engineers. This role will give you an opportunity to both use your technical skills to lead and grow our internal engineering discipline, while also tap into your passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people. In addition to developing and managing our own engineering practices, you will get to collaborate with other leaders and Product Managers to influencing strategic decisions and building high-quality software solutions for the CI/CD and Testing platforms being used across the enterprise.

What you will do:- Ensuring chapter talent composition and workforce planning aligns with strategic priorities
- Enable an agile and rounded organization by demonstrating agile behaviors
- Influence strategic backlog and prioritization decisions
- Ensure team delivers on committed service levels and foster continuous improvement in operational performance
- Increase adoption of DevOps best practices, empower teams to automate, promote process improvement, toil reduction and develop capabilities to measure code quality, test coverage and defect management
- Coach, mentor and train developers on engineering practices
- Remove impediments to delivering value
- Share insights, knowledge, industry practices and developments across the organization
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience building multiple components of scalable enterprise applications.
- 5+ years' experience developing and managing technical team(s) within a product-centric organization.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools.
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and test automation (i.e Gitlab, SonarQube, Lifecycle, Accelq).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with running software on Cloud Service Providers like Amazon Web Services or Azure.

- The hiring range is $135,600 - $185,000 annually.
