Description A leading healthcare-focused organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between business and IT teams. This individual will drive enterprise initiatives by translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while supporting both Agile and traditional project delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and support digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams
- Support project planning, testing, implementation, and ongoing system enhancements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions
- Manage competing priorities, project risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Support enterprise applications, integrations, and system optimization efforts

Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 9+ years of experience across Business Analysis, Project Management, Application Development, QA, or related IT domains
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and functional solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience- Healthcare, payer, clinical, or hospital industry experience
- SAFe Agile methodology exposure
- Experience with tools such as Aha, TFS, or similar Agile platforms
- Consulting or enterprise transformation experience
