We\'re hiring a PE-licensed Civil Group Manager to lead the civil engineering department of an established Tri-Cities engineering firm.

Must-Haves

  • PE license and Civil Engineering degree
  • 10+ years of civil engineering
  • 8+ years as a Project Manager or leader
  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • QA and code compliance expertise

What You\'ll Do

  • Manage the civil engineering group
  • Oversee civil design quality and code compliance
  • Schedule staff and plan resources
  • Conduct performance reviews and coach staff
  • Support business development

Nice-to-Haves

  • Federal, commercial, or industrial civil projects
