Job Title: Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Project Manager III
- 5+ years TPM experience in infrastructure / data center environments
- Cross-organizational project execution (driving work across multiple teams/orgs) Strong communication + conflict resolution with engineering stakeholders
- Public cloud experience (hyperscale compute/capacity) Supply chain / capacity planning exposure Frontline escalation support for engineering or product team.

Summary:
The main function of a technical project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Manage user help system, creating process documentation / knowledge bases to improve self-service.
• Proactively identify methods to automate the help system and drive automation / tooling requirements.
• Provide users with technical front-line support for infrastructure capacity issues.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
• Experience in owning a front-line technical customer support system strongly preferred.
• Experience in driving execution of complex x-organization infrastructure supply chain projects.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
